Steven D. Manno (Steve) has over 26 years of experience handling a wide range of civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters in Florida.  During his years of practice, he has taken part in an extensive amount of mediations and arbitrations and has developed a reputation as being incredibly thorough, prepared and professional.  Steve holds an “AV” Preeminent rating (5 out of 5) by Martindale-Hubbell, a peer reviewed rating system which obtains confidential evaluations from attorneys and judges alike.  The “AV” rating is given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers. Experience

Before shifting his focus to alternative dispute resolution, Steve dedicated his entire practice to insurance related matters which included first and third party personal injury cases, PIP and Med Pay cases, automobile windshield cases, allegations of bad faith claim handling, commercial policy claims, slip and fall claims and matters related to allegations of fraud. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in the first and third party arena. He has been a prominent speaker with regard to issues of insurance matters throughout the state of Florida for years. He is recognized as an attorney fee expert in several counties throughout Florida. He was proud to serve, at the request of then Chief Judge Manual Menendez and the Honorable Charlotte Anderson as a liaison between the Plaintiff and Defense Bar in creating practices and procedures for first party litigation cases in Hillsborough County Florida. As such, he brings a unique perspective and background to all cases that he mediates.  

In addition to the above, Steve also mediates and arbitrates cases involving residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as business disputes throughout the state of Florida

Steve is passionate about alternative dispute resolution and is genuinely excited about serving the community in this profession. Steve lives in the Tampa Bay Area with his wife and two children.  He is a devoted father and family man.
